Andhra Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2025 - Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must have qualified for the NEET entrance exam.

  • Applicants should be residents of Andhra Pradesh.

  • Completion of Class 12 (10+2) or an equivalent course is required, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects.

  • Minimum marks required:

    • General category: 50%

    • SC/ST category: 40%

    • Physically disabled candidates: 45%

  • Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2025.

How to Register for Andhra Pradesh NEET UG Counselling 2025 Schedule

Step 1: Visit the Official Website

  • Go to the official website for AP NEET UG Counselling


Step 2: New Registration

  • Click on the "New Registration" option to start the application.


Step 3: Fill Personal Details

  • After registering, you will need to fill in your details like your name, contact number, and other basic information.

  • Make sure everything you enter is correct.


Step 4: Upload Photo and Signature

  • Upload a clear photo of yourself. The photo should be in high contrast and taken with a placard that has your name and the date.

  • Also, upload your signature in both Hindi and English (but not in capital letters) after scanning it.


Step 5: Enter Your Educational Details

  • Next, you’ll need to enter your education details, such as your marks in school exams.

  • Once done, click the "Save & Continue" button.


Step 6: Pay the Counselling Fee

  • After filling out everything, you will need to pay the counselling fee. Remember, this fee is not refundable.


You can pay in two ways:


  1. Pay through Bank Challan:

    • Choose the offline payment option (Bank Challan). Download the challan, print it, and pay the fee at any bank before the deadline.


  1. Pay Online:

    • You can also pay the fee online using your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking. After selecting your payment option, follow the steps to complete the payment. There will be an extra small fee for online payments.

  • Printout of the NEET Application Form 2025

  • NEET Admit Card 2025

  • Non-local students can apply for 15% unreserved seats. Local students can apply for 85% local seats in addition to the 15% unreserved seats.

  • Districts like Chittoor, Anantapur, Kurnool, Kadapa, and Nellore are considered local for Sri Venkateswara University admissions.

  • Telangana districts such as Adilabad, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, etc., will be treated as local for Osmania University admissions.

  • Students who studied in East and West Godavari, Prakasam, Krishna, etc. are considered local for Andhra University.

  • Candidates who studied in Andhra Pradesh for at least 7 consecutive years or more are eligible for local seats.

  • If a parent works in a government job in Andhra Pradesh for 7 years, the student can apply for local seats.
