Complete step by step answer:
25,Civil lane,
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
16th September 2020

The General Manager,
State Road Transport Corporation,
Ambedkar Marg, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Respected Sir,

Subject- Inappropriate and harsh behaviour of bus conductor of the bus number MP RTXXXX

I, Mehak Gujarati, would like to bring into the notice of the authorities, the rough and unprofessional behaviour of a bus conductor Gopal Yadav, serving the bus number MP RTXXXX.
On 15th September 2020, I boarded the above mentioned bus from Kamala Mills bus stand to my resident colony, Civil Lanes. As I boarded the bus, it was as usual crowded. To my surprise, there were two men sitting on the seats reserved for ladies on the bus. I asked the conductor to vacate the seat for me, as they were occupied wrongly by the men. But, the conductor instead of helping me with the situation, made insulting comments on me along with the two men who seemed familiar to Gopal Yadav. I asked him again, to get the seats vacated. But he answered, “they occupied the seat before you, so they will not vacate it. If you don’t want to continue the ride, I can ask the driver to pull over and you can get down”. This behaviour of his caused me embarrassment in front of the other passengers and being unable to stop the wrong made me feel helpless.
I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and warn Gopal Yadav for his rude and unacceptable behaviour. I hope you will understand how troubled I would have been that day.
It will be very generous of you to look into my request.

Thanking you,
Sincerely,
Mehak Gujarati.

Note:
Make use of proper tenses and do not make any spelling mistakes. Do not write unnecessary details and try to keep the letter factual and on point. Be careful about the format, in the old format, the address of the addressee would come on the right side, and the sender’s address would come at the end of the letter. Abide by the new format which is used in the above solution.
