उत्तर : नहीं, शिक्षा निदेशक ने जो रजनी की शिकायत में उत्तर दिया वह बहुत ही गैर – जिम्मेदाराना और गलत था क्यूंकि इस तरह वह अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से दूर भागकर शिक्षकों की गलत नीति को बढावा दे रहे हैं।

2. रजनी द्वारा ट्यूशन रैकेट की शिकायत करने पर शिक्षा – निदेशक ने क्या उत्तर दिया?

उत्तर : रजनी ने जब ट्यूशन रैकेट की शिकायत की तो शिक्षा – निदेशक ने उत्तर दिया – “ जब कोई बच्चा पढ़ाई में कमजोर होता है तब मां – बाप उसका ट्यूशंस लगवाते हैं। जब कभी आपको ऐसा लगे कि वह शिक्षक आपको लूट रहा है तो आप वहां ट्यूशन न ले कहीं और से ले…. यह कोई मज़बूरी तो नहीं।“

उत्तर- रजनी का व्यक्तित्व आम महिलाओं से बिल्कुल विपरीत था। वह बहादुर है और अन्याय का विरोध करती है। उसके पास अनुचित धैर्य नहीं है। वह जुझारू , निडर और संघर्षशील है। वह अन्याय को सहन नहीं कर सकती । रजनी के पति द्वारा गलती होने पर वह उसे भी डांट लगाती है, तथा अपने से उच्च अधिकारियों से भी विरोध जाहिर करती है। रजनी ने एक ट्यूशन के विरूद्ध जन आंदोलन किया। वह न्याय की मांग करती है और शोषण के विरूद्ध आवाज़ उठाती है। वह आंदोलन करने से कभी पीछे नहीं हटती। वह किसी विरोध या आंदोलन करने से कभी नहीं डरती। वह किसी अन्याय का विरोध करने के लिए किसी का भरोसा नहीं करती।

उत्तर : मन्नू भंडारी का संक्षिप्त परिचय इस प्रकार हैं –

मन्नू भंडारी का जन्म 1931 में भानपुरा मध्यप्रदेश में हुआ।
इनकी प्रमुख रचनाएं हैं – एक प्लेट सैलाब , यहीं सच है , त्रिशंकु , आंखो देखा झूठ , आपका बंटी ,महा भोज , स्वामी , एक इंच मुस्कान आदि ।
इन्होंने स्वामी , रजनी , निर्मला, और दर्पण पटकथाएं भी लिखी हैं।
इन्हें हिंदी अकादमी का शिखर सम्मान , बिहार सरकार द्वारा सम्मान , भारतीय भाषा , राजस्थान नाटक अकादमी , तथा उत्तर प्रदेश हिंदी संस्थान द्वारा पुरस्कार देकर सम्मानित किया गया है।

उत्तर :रजनी अपने पति की यह बात सुनकर गुस्सा हो गई और पति से कहा कि उसे और गुस्सा ना दिलाए। गलती करने वाला और उसे बर्दाश्त करने वाला दोनो ही गुनहगार होते हैं जैसे – लीला बेन , कांता बाई और हजारों माँ – बाप। जो व्यक्ति अपने आस – पास हो रहे अन्याय के खिलाफ आवाज नहीं उठाता और चुपचाप बस देखता रहता है। वह सबसे अधिक गुनहगार होता है। रजनी अपनी पति की नकल करते हुए कहती है – हमें क्या करना है, हमने क्या ठेका ले रखा है दुनिया का । रजनी ने कहा कि तुम जैसे लोग और तुम्हारी जैसे नीची सोच के कारण ही इस देश का विकास नहीं हो रहा है और ना ही कभी होगा ।
